Terms and Conditions:

I hereby acknowledge that I have the legal right and/or permission to provide the name as well as images and/or likeness of the senior I am signing up, either because I am their legal guardian or have been given the express permission by their legal guardian to do so, and furthermore have the legal right and/or permission to grant Strother Entertainment Group, Inc., dba The Strother Room, and its successors, assigns, and licensees, permission to use the name as well as images and/or likeness provided by me (collectively Senior's Likeness) in the Promotion (defined below), and any versions or edits thereof, promoted by Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. which Promotion may be displayed and/or broadcast for the Purpose (defined below).   

Definitions:  
Promotion – Senior Signoff Project. 
Purpose – To promote, market, advertise, and/or endorse the Promotion through Strother Entertainment Group, Inc.’s sales/marketing media outlets which include, but are not limited to, digital advertising, website(s) (www.SeniorSignoff.com) and/or social media accounts which may include, but are not limited to, Facebook and Instagram.  

It is understood that Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. shall have the right but not the obligation to make use of Senior's Likeness as permitted herein should I fail to complete payment in full for my participation in the Promotion. I hereby further grant Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. all right, title, and interest that I may have in all finished forms of Senior’s Likeness used for the Purpose in the Promotion, whether said forms are in physical or digital format. Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. hereby grants the Individual the right to request inspection and/or approve said forms of Senior’s Likeness prior to being used for the Purpose in the Promotion. I hereby waive the right to receive any payment from Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. for signing this release and waive the right to receive any payment for the Promotion described herein for any of the purposes authorized by this release. I hereby warrant and represent that I have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement concerning the Senior’s Likeness and that Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. does not need the consent or permission of any other person, firm or corporation to use such. I hereby indemnify and agree to hold Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns free and harmless from and against any and all loss, costs, liability, damages, or claims of any nature including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from, growing out of, or concerning a breach or alleged breach of the above warranties and representations.

I further understand that the Promotion is subject to change and additionally Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. is subject to the terms and conditions agreed to between Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. and Lamar Advertising Company who is in no way a party to, a sponsor of, endorsing, administering, or associated with the Promotion and is hereby released of any loss, liability, damage or cost, which may incur as the result of any such claim. Lamar Advertising Company reserves the right to request a new photo. And in the event that the agreement between Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. and Lamar Advertising Company prohibits the images and/or likeness I’ve provided herein to be used in the Promotion, Strother Entertainment Group, Inc. warrants that it will refund my payment in full.
