Our conference room, aka "The War Room" comfortably seats ten and is equipped with a 6-foot-wide overhead projection touchscreen display for interactive presentations and a kitchenette with microwave. ----- Cancelation Policy: Cancelations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation date/time. Upon cancellation, the Fee will be refunded LESS A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 RESERVATION SETUP FEE. You will not be refunded if you fail to cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline or if you fail to show up and make use of your reservation.
