About Us

The Strother Club

The Strother Club is a private, 501(c)(7) social club (Charter #N001693189) located in Downtown Lee's Summit Missouri. We share a passion for whisk(e)y, cigars, poker and a few other proclivities. But more than that, we share a desire to help our fellow man. This year's Charity Auction is for our guy, Jax.

Meet Jaxton (Jax) Lawrence.

Jaxton (Jax) Lawrence

The fella front and center is Jax. Jaxton (Jax) Lawrence is 10 years old and was diagnosed with T1D on July 17, 2023. He was the 10-yr age group Ambassador for Breakthrough T1Ds Kansas City's Walk 2025. He plays baseball, soccer and basketball, not letting this disease limit his childhood.

The proceeds from our 2025 Charity Auction will go to Breakthrough T1D. Our goal is raise $5000 for Jax's 2026 Walk event.
